Usage characteristics:

This machine is suitable for cutting paperboard, textiles, plastic materials, foam boards, leather, rubber, compression materials, flooring, carpets, fiberglass, cork and other materials using forming dies. Especially suitable for cutting operations with large surfaces and high pressure.

1. Adopting four column down pressure and single (or three) or double (or four) oil cylinders for driving, achieving high tonnage cutting force. The cutting force is a continuous force that can ensure the average force on the cutting board for cutting.

2. Equipped with a lubrication system to ensure machine accuracy and improve machine durability.

3. It can be configured with unilateral or bilateral automatic feeding devices, achieving electrical interlocking to improve the efficiency and operational safety of the entire machine.

4. The hydraulic system adopts a collective circuit and can choose water-cooled or air-cooled devices to ensure the normal operation of the system.
